EASY CHOCOLATE PEACH COBBLER: National Peach Cobbler Day
EASY CHOCOLATE PEACH COBBLER
1 cup Chocolate
3/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup canned peaches
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
Mix flour, sugar and eggs with electric mixer.
Melt chocolate in small pan in microwave (melt chocolate in 10 second intervals to make sure it doesn't harden in the microwave).
Arrange canned peaches evenly on bottom of buttered baking dish (8 x 8 x 2).
Top with flour mixture, and then melted chocolate.
Bake at 275 degrees, for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
