ENGLISH TOFFEE HOT CHOCOLATE: English Toffee Day

Today is English Toffee Day. I'm a toffee-holic. I judge Toffee at the San Francisco and International Chocolate Salons. English Toffee is the very best of toffee as far as I'm concerned. It's rich and buttery with a crisp texture and covered with a thick coating of dark chocolate and a sprinkling of nuts.

Toffee is great by itself, but sometimes it's great to pair with Hot Chocolate! And, today is the perfect day for it! It's cold outside, so here are two ways to keep warm inside: Two recipes for English Toffee Hot Chocolate.

Although you can make your own Toffee, you can just use your favorite store-bought English toffee in these recipes! Just be sure to chop it up!

Toffee is great by itself, but sometimes it's great to pair it with Hot Chocolate! And, today is the perfect day for it! It's so blustery here at the Beach. The waves are high, too, and I suspect the Mavericks surfing competition will take place tomorrow. Always exciting. But too cold for me. Here are two ways to keep warm. English Toffee: English Toffee Hot Chocolate.

English Toffee Hot Chocolate

Today is English Toffee Day, and I'm quite the toffee-holic. I've even judged Toffee at the San Francisco Chocolate Salons. Toffee Talk is one of my favorite toffees--they use different nuts in their toffees and the very best chocolate. Read this post by Toffee Talk.

Although I sometimes make my own Toffee, I prefer using Toffee Talk Crumble Mumble in these recipes! It comes in a jar and is perfect. I leave the bigger pieces of Toffee in my desk to nibble on at my leisure.
