Chocolate Peanut Clusters
Ingredients
10 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
10 ounces peanut butter chips
2 1/2 cups Spanish peanuts (or other salted peanuts)
Directions
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoons into 1 inch clusters onto wax paper lined cookie sheet or tray.
Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
