Recipe for Passover Toffee is from Celebrate Passover by Deborah Heiligman (National Geographic Holidays Around the World) No date. In the acknowledgements of the book the author thanks "Vivian Phillips who gave me the toffee recipe years ago." This book is for children, but the directions for this recipe say, "You will need an adult to help you." To eat it, for sure!
PASSOVER CHOCOLATE MATZO TOFFEE
Great chocolate twist to the matzo!
ReplyDeleteThis is an original recipe by Marcy Goldman. You should at least give her credit.
ReplyDeleteHi, anonymous.. this recipe, as you see printed above, is from Deborah Heiligman's Celebrate Passover. It does not mention Marcy Goldman. I posted directly from the recipe that was used to make the Matzo Brittle (Matzo Toffee in the book).
ReplyDeleteIn the acknowledgments, the author of the book thanks "Vivian Philips who gave me the toffee recipe years ago." Just wanted to make sure that no one felt slighted. My grandchildren will love the toffee matzoh!
