Here goes.<br /><br />(Sal's contribution to National Sandwich Day)<br /><br />Start w/ a Costco croissant, although it really can be any croissant -- it's just that Costco croissants are SUCH A DEAL.<br />...<br />Slice croissant in half horizontally.<br /><br />Fill custard dish half full w/ chocolate chips. Add pat of butter.
